When should I expect results?
The timeframe for seeing exercise results depends on several factors, including your genetics, current fitness level, and commitment. While you are likely to experience increased energy and strength within a few days, building significant muscle memory and achieving a noticeable improvement in physique typically takes 2-6 months for beginners. Consistency and discipline are key during this initial phase. After this period, exercise often becomes easier, and progress tends to accelerate. “Remember, consistency and discipline are key to long-term success. Knowledge, and pure form and technique will make things easier, safer and more fun to do. It can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days for a person to form a new habit, and an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic.
Do I need a gym to exercise my routines & Is it only for beginners?
It’s highly recommended that you have access to a gym in order to see the best results with your training program, however, if you have the basic equipment and tools to start with at your home gym (barbell, dumbbell sets, weights and a bench), will help you swap out exercises you’re unable to do due to lack of equipment (machines/cables, etc.)… This guide is for beginners & mid-levels from any gender, age & body type.
What is the source of the videos & why can’t I find them myself & what if a link is broken?

b. Finding the Videos Yourself: Independently locating these specific segments might be time-consuming and challenging, especially for beginners you would spend a ton of time, and you will get nowhere, most importantly you could/would definitely hurt yourself. I’ve seen people get injured because of improper form, which is something you MUST avoid (WRONG performance is the worst thing you can do to your body and health). What you need to know will be presented to you in this guide. SAVE YOUR TIME, AVOID INJURIES, AND START NOW.
