1- Refund Policy

• All sales are final for digital products on (pmstrong.com).

Digital products purchased on (pmstrong.com) are instant downloadable at the time of purchase (an email will be sent to you from our partner [email protected] to download your product), and not eligible for return, replacement or refund. Please be informed that once you make the purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of the digital product.

Our products are clean of viruses, and we don’t have any obligations for compensation in regards with this matter, please scan your device for viruses before you make the purchase.

Please read product descriptions before you make the purchase to make sure it’s for you.
If you have any questions before you make your purchase, kindly contact us, and we will reply ASAP.

• Payment partner

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com./ paddle.com is the Merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service and taxation (VAT) inquiries. In case you did not finish your transaction for any reason, you will receive an email with a secure link from [email protected] to finish your checkout, if you still want to do so.

• Problems making a payment

If you do not see the payment interface opening within a few seconds, or if it seems to be unresponsive, the problem might be a third party browser extension or software which blocks JavaScript such as, but not limited to, NoScript and Privacy Badger. Please try using a browser without any extensions installed or disable them all before making the purchase, and clear your browser’s cookies OR try using your phone or tablet to make your purchase.

If you have a problem completing a payment using PayPal please clear your browser’s cookies and retry. This is a problem with PayPal itself.

If your credit card transaction is on hold, please wait for a day. It’s very likely that you accidentally triggered the automated fraud prevention system at Paddle’s side, and a human will be investigating your transaction shortly.

If your credit card transaction fails outright, please contact your bank or card issuer. In virtually every case, your bank or card issuer has automatically blocked the transaction with a company outside your country, even if you had previously explicitly asked them to do otherwise. You need to ask them to allow the transaction with (Paddle), a company based in the UK or Ireland (they have two business entities, which one will be used to process your transaction depends on your location). Then you can retry the payment.

2- Delivery Policy

• Delivery policy for downloadable digital goods

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase, or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 2 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 2 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
